Our Sushi Story Begins Here

Chef Supat grew up in Thailand, surrounded by lush forests, mountains, and stunning beaches. Over time, his aspirations grew larger, prompting him to move to the United States. He settled in Florida, where he discovered his passion for sushi. However, the heat of Florida proved too much for him, so he set out to find a new place to call home. He eventually landed in Nashville, TN, where he continued to hone his craft. There, he learned the art of sushi-making, mastering the technique of butchering fish with minimal waste and creating masterpieces in every bite. Chef Supat, alongside his loving wife, is excited to offer a truly exceptional sushi experience in every dish.
